- Walk or sit a treadmill you own until Rebirth is available. Do not wait for a prettier speed stat.
- Press Rebirth. Confirm you still have Wins, trails, treadmills, and katanas.
- Buy the next cheapest trail if a rebirth unlocked a purchase you skipped. Do not jump to Rainbow (399 Robux) or OWNER trails (1599) while Green (29) is unowned.
- Return to the keys or the pad. Event windows on the experience title make this lap stronger; they do not replace the reset.
- When you chase stages, use speed you just multiplied. The stage walkthrough is the legit way to turn rebirths into Wins.
- Stop the session on a checklist tick, not on a hope that a background macro is still aligned with the HUD.
